Documents processed in your browser
Selected P7M, PDF and XML files are read in browser memory. Reading, extracting the document and generating invoice PDFs happen on your device. The viewer does not send or store document contents on our servers.
After closing or reloading the page, you need to select the file again. Downloaded documents remain in your chosen folder; you can delete them using your operating system.
Language preference, accounts and payments
The viewer saves your language preference in browser local storage under “sigillo-language”. You can remove it through your browser’s site data settings.
The service is currently free and does not require an account. The free workflow does not ask for payment details or make requests to purchase and license functions.
Technical visit data
The application does not include traffic analytics, advertising or external document processing services. To serve pages and protect the service, the hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, browser and requested page.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Technical invocation logs are retained for up to 7 days under the service limits. We do not log document contents. Cloudflare also processes data needed to deliver and secure its network under its privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Privacy questions
The Contact and help page lists available public contact details and viewer guides. You do not need to send an original document or personal invoice data to ask about the service.
